Harsha advises owners and boards on corporate, projects and regulatory matters and appears before the High Court of Karnataka, the Debts Recovery Tribunal and the National Company Law Tribunal. Before the bar he spent two decades in industry, in engineering, capital projects and product management, which is why his notes tend to carry a worked number.
