This notice states what personal data this website collects, why, and how to have it removed. It is written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
What the site collects
Reading this website collects no personal data. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Aggregate page counts are recorded without identifying a visitor or storing a per-visitor row.
The only personal data the firm holds through this website is what a person supplies when subscribing to the monthly note: an email address, and optionally a name and organisation. The stated purpose is sending that note. Consent is recorded with its basis and timestamp, and a subscription is confirmed by a second email before anything is sent.
The calculators store nothing. Figures entered stay in the browser, are not transmitted, and are not emailed.
Retention, sharing and rights
Subscription data is kept until the subscription is withdrawn, and the withdrawal record is kept as proof that the request was honoured. It is processed on the firm's behalf by its email provider and is not sold, rented or shared for any other purpose.
A person may ask what is held about them, have it corrected, or have it erased, by writing toalerts@juriseagle.com. Every note also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
